Do not be a sponge soaking up everything and exhausted you. Be like a rock. You are not here to save the world. You are here to love. We are now in the adaptation phase. A new cycle has thus begun. Please read also Impulse 8 System Breakdown as Liberation, Impulse 41 Ascension at High Speed No. 2 Countermovements and Impulse 44 Turbulences.
1. There are no words
... for the global actions of the dark beings this year. Their desperation is big, because old power structures can no longer hold. And remember: Behind every truth there is another truth. The light and the dark rub hard against each other. Be sure, the light transforms the darkness. The darkness can never transform the light. Please support Mother Earth: Meet up in groups and give love an expression: In meditation, music, dance, prayer, etc.

If you have unusual wild and aggressive dreams, thoughts and feelings, then these are mostly not your own. These are collective energies which are your guest. Many people carry burdens of other people with them without knowing it. Close that door. Breathe a few times in and out slowly. Imagine then that you sparkle fire with strong breathe out and thus let go this burden.

Focus on where you want to go to (=on the light) and not on what you want to avoid. This would be amplified and attracted by your thoughts. Have compassion for yourself and for the victims. Avoid hatred and revenge, because that poisons your heart and does not solve problems.

Everywhere indications of change are visible. Help and focus on peace, freedom and prosperity for all. Imagine we already have all this, then we draw this energy to us. We make big progresses.

Feel hugged by your energetic companions.

2. Words of Albert Einstein and Martin Luther King

“Peace cannot be obtained by force.
It can only be achieved by understanding.”
Albert Einstein

“Darkness cannot drive out darkness; only light can do that.
Hate cannot drive out hate; only love can do that.”
Martin Luther King
