Ascension
means the expansion of consciousness. This is achieved by the increase
of the energy by massively bringing love onto the earth. The love energy
which is now flowing onto the earth is beyond everything that has ever
come to us. It will bring about emotional tornadoes and the adaptation

1. Everything is exhausting
Many
human beings are running out of steam, as everything is too exhausting
for them. When you have the feeling that you do not fit into this world
any longer, it is time to build a new one with things that are important
to you. For when you do something that you like, nothing is truly
exhausting for you. Change your perspective, for there are human beings
who are keen, but who do not have time any more. Please read Impulse 37 The World is upside down No. 2 Comfort. Old things have to go to make room for new ones.
2. Dissociation
Dissociation is necessary so that you can keep your inner peace. When you resonate with other people or with the collective, this can drag you down, if they have negative emotions. Try this: Imagine standing within a gigantic egg and you are protected there. Disagreeable energies cannot affect you and nobody can withdraw energy from you.
3. Make Peace with yourself
Make peace with everything that has ever happened to you. Decide now to take over responsibility for your life, to let go of old things and to no longer hunt other people's ideals. Say to yourself: “I myself decide, how I want to be and I act accordingly.”
4. Mother Earth gets new Clothing
Mother Earth has birth pains and is therefore making noises. They sound as if a gigantic old metal door is slowly opening. The changes on the surface of the earth are meanwhile going on and can be quite rough depending on the region.
5. Confidence Booster
Sometimes you have to take courage into one hand and confidence into the other. This is the situation now. Hug yourself and feel the power within you. Be happy.
6. The World Events as a Football Match
Imagine the world events to be a football match. Five minutes before the end of the match team A has scored 10 goals and team B 0 goals. Do you think that team B will simply leave the playing field five minutes before the end as they have lost anyway? No, they will play till the end. Only then will all the players leave the field. That's how it is with the battle between light and darkness, which is taking place right now. The darkness has already lost. The light wins. Trust!
