Man
has a special talent to change everything that is good and beneficial
to him in such a way that it becomes painful for him. You get the
impression that he likes to suffer and that he draws other people into
the maelstrom without even noticing. The more we love ourselves, the
less we are bothered by others who do the same. This means: Love sets
free and does not enchain. We can only fulfill our tasks well, when we
are doing well. When we suffer and feel bad, this has emotional and
economical effects and it also affects our health. This is not wise. |
1. Love is not always Love
Our galactic family wonders why love hurts us, for they do not understand it. Love is something beautiful for them. And they say that if we listened to our heart, we would often choose a different partner. Jesus Christ says that we fall in love with the energy, the soul of the human being and that he loves all of us. If I may comment on this, it means that we do not fall in love with a social rank, wealth, appearance, age, gender or else, but with a person's inner charisma. Or we have other goals.
2. Love in the Face of present Times
As all the human beings have received the energies of ascension so far, everybody must have noticed an increase in his ability to love, when we allow it. Therefore a little food for thought:

2. Love in the Face of present Times
As all the human beings have received the energies of ascension so far, everybody must have noticed an increase in his ability to love, when we allow it. Therefore a little food for thought:
- Enjoy as often as you can some minutes of bliss: Sit or lie down, place your hands on your heart or one hand onto your stomach and one hand onto your breast bone, close your eyes, breathe consciously and slowly, allow the feeling of love within you and be love. Or hug a tree, feel the grounding and the trust, breathe calmly and let the love flow.
- Practice giving friendly smiles.
- Love can also confuse us, when all of a sudden we feel love towards many human beings as a bond, having been restricted to our family so far.
- Stay focused on yourself and feel your own feelings.
- Do not let yourself be distracted and return the genie into the bottle by taking yourself back, because less is often more in the consumer society; not the desires have set free but the letting go of desires.
- Think and dream big for human beings in the non-
industrial countries, for a long lasting absence of chances can have paralyzing effects. - Change from a problem focused thinking to a targeted thinking and simply love.
- Let all the information of the many events that happen simply flow through you and imagine being a river. Do not hold them, for this clinging overstrains us.
3. Female and male parts
Every animated being has a female and a male part within even the Creator God and Mother Earth. The human beings will have these parts balanced in the course of the time of the ascension. The new children are already born with balanced parts and therefore stereotypes do not matter anything to them.
